ABOUT ME:

Licensed in the State of NH since 2020, nationally board-certified (NCBTMB), graduated in 2019 from NH Institute for Therapeutic Arts (NHITA). I’ve practiced (and have been active in the States of NH, ME(20, 23-24), and CO (20-23).

Now, REALLY ABOUT ME:

I am a lover of nature, mountains, traveling, skiing, CrossFit (as of late), a Massage Therapist, and mother of one adult son and one dog. I am from, and currently, live in the Mount Washington Valley.

I love my career in massage. I’ve worked in many avenues of massage, whether that be a business owner in my own practice, an Independent Contractor in various hotel/ spa/ office settings, also as an employee in a chiropractor’s office. It makes me happy to know that I’ve helped manage someone’s pain and then prevent further bodily injury while improving their quality of life.

I also enjoy receiving massages from various Massage Therapists, as it offers me variety and insight into massage, strengthening my capability in bodywork. I have sought out massages of various techniques wherever I travel. This past spring, I trained in HI for Continuing Ed credits for Lomi Lomi. Last year, I traveled to Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and the Azores, all while receiving massages there.
